We did our parts to be most fun from our point of view, but you can have your own perspective. If you don’t quite like the designs we offer, you can design it yourself and we can do production for you. There are two ways to do make your custom fingerboard park:

Change existing design

We designed our obstacles in a certain way, which allow us to offer different sets and finishes, you can choose from. More to that: you can change dimensions of existing models, withing available range (see below), just sent us an e-mail with an obstacle you are interested in changing, and the size you want to change. If it ain't enough for you, you can send us a blueprint: digital vector blueprint, or hand-drawn. The blueprint should contain all shapes and dimension, you would like to redesign our current obstacles. Additional costs for changes start at 20$ and depend on the complexity of changes and material usage. We will provide you with an exact calculation after we proceed with your design.

Create new obstacles

If you need something completely different from what we offer, you can send as a blueprint with your idea: digital vector blueprint, or hand-drawn. The blueprint should contain all of the fingerboard park shapes (from all angles that contain something) and all dimension. Cost for custom finger park obstacles starts from 40$ and depend on the complexity of the design and material usage. We will provide you with an exact calculation after we proceed with your design.

Custom fingerboard park

What we can and cannot do

We can make all, from small ramps to complex custom fingerboard parks, but we use certain materials and technologies, which have its limits. We use birch plywood glued with non-toxic glue for carcasses and metal for rails. You will find available size ranges and other limits below:

 

  • Available plywood thickness: 3, 4, 6, 8, 10 mm (0.12, 0.16, 0.23, 0.31, 0.39 inches)
  • The maximum size of a solid object 1000х1000х700 mm (39.4x39.4x27.5 inches)
  • All surfaces, joining from a 90-degree angle, do that with notches
  • All surfaces, joining from a non-90-degree angle, doing that facet to facet, with no notches. In that case, additional structures might be needed inside. We only can join 3-6 мм (0.12, 0.16, 0.23 v) - thick plywood from a non-90-degree angle
  • Non-90-degree angle range available: from 90 to 20 degrees
  • All plywood facets have a brown color. It is light on 3 and 4 mm (0.12 and 0.16 inches) thickness, darker on 6 and 8 mm (0.23 and 0.31 inches), and most dark in 10 mm (0.39 inches)
  • Metal rails for it can be square cut with 8 mm (0.31 inches) section; circle cut with 8 mm (0.31 inches) radius
  • Metal bars for rails can be only 5 mm (0.20 inches) in radius
  • Square cut rails and bars can be up to 600 mm (23.6 inches) long
  • Round cut rails and bars can be up to 800 mm (31.25 inches) long
  • A bar can be joining surface only from a 90-degree angle
  • Metal edges can be: angle shaped 6х6 mm (0.23x0.23 inches), and 10х10 mm (0.39x0.39 inches), with 1 mm (0.04 inches) thickness, П- shaped 6х6х6 mm (0.23x0.23x0.23 inches), with 1 mm (0.04 inches) thickness
  • Metal edges can be to 800 mm (31.25 inches) long
